P4CHARSET and P4HOST issues

job000304On OSX when accessing a Unicode server the code in P4Server.cs tries to execute... "p4 set P4CHARSET" and fails
with a Win32Exception exception because it attempts to "open p4" on the command line.

Even if "p4" does exist, and is on the path, it will not be executed.

This code needs to use the API to call "p4 set" «
