Fix two typos in mkrep.sh

- Line 808: Fixed typo 'multipel' -> 'multiple' in error message shown
  when more than one server spec of type 'standard' is detected.

- Line 1271: Fixed duplicate word 'or or long' -> 'or long' in the
  Phase 2 guidance message shown to users after Phase 1 completes.
