SDP review fixes: checkpoint / backup / offline_db

backup_functions.sh: guard the checkpoint mv (no silent loss), fix unsatisfiable
journal-wait number, add INT/TERM snapshot cleanup trap, scope snapshot temp-mount
rmdir. daily_checkpoint.sh: gate redundant offline_db rebuild behind opt-in.
recreate_db_sync_replica.sh: SHAREDDATA-guard the journals rsync, drop dead JOURNALNUM
decrement, log rsync output. No errexit added.
