Add .p4ignore patterns for runtime artifacts of bootstrapping/running the test suite (p4, p4d binaries copied in by bootstrap_test_machine.sh; *.log; per-host test_sdp.*.cfg generated by the test harness) -- caught because these were flagging p4 status as dirty on the r9x86_64 canary, which breaks test_preflight.sh/uat.
