Session log update for 2026-08-25: openssl-devel fix found moot (Robert's uv-based venv approach), test_SDP.py reconciled with mkdirs.sh fix, run_docker_tests.sh exit-code check added (change 33283), and both disturbed p4-sdp streams (dev's erroneous Remapped, build_dev_rebrand's missing one) restored.
