sdp_upgrade.sh: fix the EDITME placeholders in the embedded -man documentation.
The 'Directory Structure Changes' section described a not-yet-implemented
OS-package migration (backup-and-relocate to /opt/perforce/p4-sdp) as if it
were current 2026.1 behavior -- it isn't; per SDP-1158 (deferred to 2026.2,
0% implemented, confirmed via the script's own '-pkg' handling which just
says 'not yet implemented'), sdp_upgrade.sh does not migrate structures at
all in 2026.1. Replaced with an accurate, much shorter description of the
two structures that actually exist today (legacy/depot-mount, and the
install_sdp.sh-created /opt/perforce/helix-sdp OS Package structure since
2024.2) and a plain statement that this script upgrades in place on
whichever one you already have. Also removed an orphaned 'EDITME - END'
marker left over from a larger review-me block, and filled in the
'EDITME - Add new structure dirs' FILES AND DIRECTORIES table entry.
