I have written this program for my study on Universität Hannover with help from TUI InfoTec GmbH & Co KG. To run BranchView, the jar file tp4branchview.jar must be placed to perforce installation directory, i.e. c:\programme\perforce, and in Perforce Client you must import (Tools/Import) file tools.txt from zip file. javaw.exe must be in system path, or you must change "Command" entry of BranchView tool in Perforce client. After selecting one file/directory in Perforce client repository view, click "Tools/Imported from Andy_the_Great/BranchView" in Tools menu and enjoy! I have tested with JDK 1.22, 1.3.1, and 1.4.0 under Win2000/NT. Not tested(but may be working) under Linux/Solaris !!! You can use it free, source code is now available. I have some additional information how to install/use/run BranchView in english and german, available at http://andrei.gmxhome.de/perforce ******************************* Copyright notice ******************************* Copyright (C)2002 by Andrei Loskutov .
