Exceptionally good cross linking of identifiers. May need to build an lxr adapter for Safari.

p4db

A very similar effort to Safari for Perforce. There's a nice Developer's README. The filelog tool and ChLines filter in Safari are copy-and-kludge versions of scripts used by p4db.

Perforce's WebKeeper

An Apache module written in C that lets you access a Perforce repository to serve up a web site.
