Description of daemons:

joball.py 

Job versioning using journal
tailing.

This uses the unix 'tail -f journal' to monitor
the journal file for new or edited jobs
and job fixes or fix deletions.
All of the job specifications are versioned.
Requires p4job, p4s, submit_files and submit_mail
modules.

myjobreview.py

Personal job review daemon.
Sends email when specific data in  a selected
field is entered.
