Incomplete release with a status reporting bug fixed.

Rel 1.2

Disabled all error trapping because Perforce can return exit 1 for good
conditions, making it impossible to detect procedural failures. Will file an
RFE.

Fixed bug where re-integration gave  a failed message when reverting old
versions.

Added variable to support checkout conflict management across multiple chip revisions

Add more documentation to doc tree and attempted to clarify installation issues.
