Only standard web site access logs will record your visit. This data
will be used by the site developers to debug problems with the wiki
software as well as for tracking usage patterns. Only your IP address
will be recorded. A temporary session cookie will be issued when you
connect to the site. As long as you do not intend to login to make
edits, you may reject this cookie.

Privacy Policy For Authors

When you contribute to Perforce Public depot the content you create will
be associated with your wiki user name, which is generally your real
name. This applies to project pages as well as user and talk pages. A
temporary session cookie will be issued when you connect to the site,
and is required to login. The time of edits and the number of edits by a
given user is publicly available data.

Policy For Information Sharing

Personally identifiable access log data will only be shared in response
to a valid subpoena or other compulsory request from law enforcement or
where it is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property or
safety of Perforce Software, its users or the public. Perforce Software
will not sell or share private information, such as email addresses,
with third parties, unless required to by law.

Policy For Content Sharing

Except where otherwise specified, all text added to the Perforce Public
Depot is in the public domain and free to be re-used in any fashion.
Individual projects may be released under any license, but the wiki
content itself is in the public domain.

Policy For Information Security

Perforce Software makes no guarantee against unauthorized access to any
information you provide. This information may be available to anyone
with access to the servers.

Policy For Handling E-mail Addresses
------------------------------------

Logged-in users can send you email through the wiki to the address
listed in your preferences. Your address will not be revealed to them
unless you respond. You can remove your email address from your
preferences at any time to prevent it being used.

Policy For User Deletion
------------------------

Once created, user accounts will not be removed except in extreme
circumstances.

Policy For Content Deletion
---------------------------

Content will only be permanently removed in the case of legal action. In
all other cases assume that data will exist forever. All users can view
the history of an article.
