No file sync or cleanup is attempted, and the Workspace "have list" is not updated. This is effectively the same as using the `p4 sync -n` command.

## Option:
You can select the following option:  
- **QUIET Perforce messages:** Enables the -q flag for all applicable Perforce Helix Core Serveroperations. Summary details will still be displayed.
