Clicking on a submitted changelist number displays the Changelist Description page, showing:

• the date on which a changelist was submitted,
• the Perforce client in which it was submitted,
• the user who submitted the change,
• the description of the change, and
• a list of affected files.

Clicking any of the file links displays the file's revision history.
