Description:
	This is a branch spec to merge/overlay HMS files into SDP
	as-deployed structure.  See: SDP_and_HMS_Update_Process.md.

	The target branch is typically //p4-sdp/main, but can also be
	//p4-sdp/dev.

	Use //p4-sdp/main for basic environments that do verification
	on the P4 Server as part of the process of merging in new SDP
	changes.

	Use //p4-sdp/dev for sophisticated environments that
	maintain a separate local environment for qualifying the
	SDP deploying from the //p4-sdp/dev branch before promoting
	from //p4-sdp/dev -> //p4-sdp/main.

	Note that the View excludes the HMS setup, as those files
	are typically used just once in any given environment,
	and not locally modified or customized.
