This solution was built using Visual Studio 2015 Professional. To start the application please confirm that ArchieSolution is Set as StartUp Project. Hit Ctrl/F5 to start the localserver this will bring up your default browser. Ignore the "HTTP Error 403.14 - Forbidden" shown on the browser. Next, right click on the index.html file located in ArchieFE and select View in Browser. This will start the web application. Note the port numbers are different in the URLs between the localserver and the web instance. Since CORS is forbidden by most web browsers, I have added a standard logic in the Global.asax to enable CORS. All data entry is saved in MemoryCache and will persist as long as the localserver is up and running. Specimen Name is used as a key. Points of Interest: The Visual Studio project was created as an Empty Web API with Unit Test features. The front end was developed in AngularJS with Angular Material Design CSS framework. https://material.angularjs.org/latest/ The ArchieFE project template was built using scaffolding tools from Yeoman generator namely cg-angular. http://yeoman.io/generators/ https://github.com/cgross/generator-cg-angular This workflow requires the use of npm, bower grunt and yo utilities. All of which require the installation of Node.js. https://nodejs.org/en/ Chrome and Chrome Dev Tools was used to debug and test the application along with Fiddler. http://www.telerik.com/fiddler
