Quick Install
 
	To build slowmilt, simply perform the usual:
 
		sh ./configure
		make
		make test
		make install
 
	By default, the slowmilt system installs in
	/etc/mail/milter/slow, and the slowedit program installs in
	/usr/local/bin as a symbolic link to slowmilt.
