Helix Web Services

Introduction
Helix Web Services provides an HTTP-based API to access many commands of
the Helix Versioning Engine.
Perforce numbers releases YYYY.R/CCCCCC, for example, 2012.1/40716.
YYYY is the year; R is the release of that year; CCCCCC is the
bug fix change level. Each bug fix in these release notes is
marked by its change number. Any build includes (1) all bug fixes
of all previous releases and (2) all bug fixes of the current
release up to the bug fix change level.

Requirements
Supported platforms for the Helix Web Services server:
- Ubuntu 12
- Ubuntu 14
- CentOS 6
Helix Web Services connects to an existing Helix Versioning Engine (p4d).
While the API of the Helix Versioning Engine is subject to change from
release to release, your applications will probably run on older versions.

Installation
