What is snapshot:

required by a support organization to troubleshoot problems.
Snapshot executes several commands packaging their outputs on html format
to a resulting compressed file named hostname.tar.gz.

What systems can run snapshot:
Snapshot runs on IA32, x86_64 and IA64 machines running Debian, Red Hat or SuSe.
There is no configuration needed for snapshot.

Who can run snapshot:
Root is the only user allowed to run snapshot.

Information collected:
Snapshot collects information from different system components such as:
	Kernel
	Hardware
	Software
	Filesystems
	Network
	Services
	Stats
	Log Files
	Misc Files
	Graphics

This is the only documentation on this software and it will be updated accordingly.
