<title>Comment Configuration</title>

When checked, comments are not immediately viewable until a user with the
<emphasis>Moderate Comments</emphasis> privilege approves them. Requires

<term>Show Comments</term>
<listitem>
When checked, allows comments to be displayed beneath the content entry.
