o Bugs in smartspice:
1. Adding 'print_measures = 0' into modif command gives different
results.
2. Comparison (optpass >= 0.8) gives different result from
(optpass > 0.8).
3. Comparison (optpass > 0.8) sometimes allows 0.75 to pass.
Possible rounding error?
4. Does not check for redeclaration of instances.
