Missing 'failover' document
Section 3.3.4, in the SDP Guide, is entitled "Failover to a replicated standby machine"
This section states "See DR-Failover-Steps-Linux.docx", but there is no document with this name.
After a brief search, I find 'sdp-failover-guide.docx', but this document is marked as 'draft' and has a different version number so I cannot be certain this is complete, or even relevant for the same version of the SDP as the official guide.
