Enhances mkrep Phase 2 docs to mention loading checkpoint and journal.

When mkrep.sh was first written, load_checkpoint.sh only accepted full
checkpoints. Later, load_checkpoint.sh was enhanced to accept a
checkpoint and subsequent journal.

The mkrep output for Phase 2 should describe the best way to use
that feature of load_checkpoint.sh.
