P4Jenkins: Stripe whitespace in P4PORT
If there is whitespace at the start or end of P4PORT
the following error is seen:
non-numeric Perforce server port specifier: p4javassl://hostname:port
This is difficult to track down.
Would be good if it could autocorrect this or report that
illegal characters are in the P4PORT.
