When calling the p4api.net Repository.GetDepotDirs method in Visual Studio 2015 using .net 4.5.2 the folder list coming back has IºÚÙ for values.
 Same code works fine under Visual Studio 2010 running .Net 4.5.2 as a drop in upgrade
