Tweak to slightly reduce mkdirs.sh configuration.
20905Defaulted the SDP to be on the same volume as $CN since that is where it
is usually located.

Changed MAILTO to default to $MAILFROM since that is what it is most of the
time and I am lazy and don't like typing the email address twice.
