In recreate_db_sync_replica.sh, ensure P4ROOT and OFFLINE_DB are cleaned.
21579Additional rm commands to make sure that we cleaned up both P4ROOT and OFFLINE_DB.
A customer indicated that the save directory was not cleaned up, so I just changed
it to clean up both directories.
