Description:
	This is a branch spec to merge/overlay HMS files into SDP
	as-deployed structure.  See: SDP_and_HMS_Update_Process.md.

	The target branch could be //sdp/main or //sdp/dev.

	Use //sdp/main for basic environments that do immediate
	validation on the Helix Core server as part of the process
	of merging in new SDP changes.

	Use //sdp/dev for sophisticated environments that
	maintain a separate local environment for qualifying the
	SDP deploying from the //sdp/dev branch before promoting
	from //sdp/dev -> //sdp/main.

Options:	unlocked before promoting
