Helix Web Services (HWS)

Please note this is **alpha** software.

Helix Web Services create features in use by new applications, such as Helix Sync. 
These features typically are used for workflow, and extend our core versioning system into new terrain.
The most obvious feature are projects, which allow for associations of file locations with groups.
