sdp_sync.sh v1.0.8:
* Fixed issue where MAILTO value starting with a '#' (e.g. an Exchange
distribution list) was interpreted as a comment, causing emails not to
send.
* Now uses '-s' flag to 'p4 info', to be a better citizen.
