Updated to latest available Perl (5.22.1.2201), P4Perl (2014.1),
Python (3.5.1), and P4Python (2015.2).
Tweaked temp working dirs to distinguish Perl from Python dir.
These are tested on CentOS 7.2. This may not work with older
CentOS boxes, but we can't do much about that since ActiveState
has deprecated the older ActivePerl releases.
