Updated to keep the new //p4perl/main/... and
//guest/perforce_software/p4perl/main/... in sync.
We temporarily have two mainlines for P4Perl until the
Workshop Swarm can be targeted to refer to the new home,
//p4perl/main.
Presently Workshop-custom Swarm modules prevent a project
from follwoing paths anywhere outsuide //guest/<userid>/...;
once this restriction is lifted, the
//guest/perforce_software/p4perl/... path can be retired.
//guest/perforce_software/p4perl/main/... in sync.
