Enhancemnts in libcore.sh bail(), errmsg(), initlog(), and stoplog() functions.

Added default 'Unknown Error' message to bail() and errmsg() functions, making
them more robust.

Log messages in initlog() and stoplog() are now suppressed at VERBOSITY level 1.

Enhanced inline docs.
