load_checkpoint.sh 2.3.x:
* Patch for bug with missing variable initializations.
* Does trusts and logins for services users as needed after loading checkpoint.
* Enhanced preflight check. ServerID file now required (can be specified)
* Now generates SSL certs if needed.
* Enhanced docs.
