Changed default value of P4MASTERHOST from an illustrative sample value,
DNS_name_of_master_server_for_this_instance, to a value that will work
on Day 1: localhost.
Also removed outdated text about the P4MASTERHOST value; it should ALWAYS
refer to the commit server.
