Change 30100
Fixed doc issues in load_checkpoint.sh.
The'-v<N>' verosity control option was shown in the usage synopsis but was not
implemented. The '-d/-D' options (which are documented and work as advertised)
make the '-v' option (a carry over from an old script template) obsolete.
Fixed other doc typos.
No functional changes.
