load_checkpoint.sh v3.0.0:

Made suitable for multi-pass replay of checkpoint subsequent numbered
journals. This enables a technique useful in reducing downtime for migrations
involving replay of a checkpoint possibly days ahead of the cutover (one
pass), and then later replaying numbered journals.
