mkrep.sh v3.5.0: Repication optimization:
Change metadata pull thread and replay threads to '-i 0'.
For non-journalcopy replication, changed the metadata pull thread from
'pull -i 1' to 'pull -i 0'.
For standby replicas, changed 'pull -i 1 -L' to 'pull -i 0 -L'.
For archive pull threads, added '--batch=20' to all 'pull -u' threads.
