Updated standard Packages list to include systemd coredump processing
utilities.

Updated ExtraPackages to incldude debugging symbols, with special
commands needed on RHEL and SuSE to enable needed repositories.

Improved OS detection to be more reliable on older Linux distros and
also more future-proof.
