Added summary of errors/warnings at end of sdp_health_check.sh.

Enhanced so that the call to verify_sdp.sh uses the '-extra all' option
if available in the local version of verify_sdp.sh, else use '-extra <tests>'
  if that was available.

Updated email for P4 Support from support@perforce.com -> support-p4@perforce.com.

Fixes SDP-1120.
