Using a longer sleep to give opt_perforce_sdp_backup more time to display SUCCESS.
This is to fix a transient text failure that seems to be a timing issue, since a
manual check after the test failure does display the required SUCCESS message.
The test failure that occaisonally occurs is accompanied by this indicator:
Expected string [SUCCESS: P4 SDP Backup completed] NOT found in command output.
