Fix broken source of renamed dev_env.sh in j2j_jobs_report.sh.
The env.sh file was renamed to dev_env.sh, but j2j_jobs_report.sh still referenced the old filename in its 'source' statement and in a comment, causing a "No such file or directory" error on every run. Updated both references to dev_env.sh.
