Integrate changelist 6121 from //guest/dimitry_andric/revml/branch/5088:

Add support for tracking CVS source files' executable bits.  That is, if
the source CVS file has its executable bit set, we'll set its filetype
to either xbinary or xtext, depending on the CVS keyword substition
option ("-kb" or not).
