  45.       <p>The Perforce API returns most dates as an integer representing the number of seconds since 1/1/1970. It is in UTC. The command line client generally returns dates as strings in the Perforce server's time zone. The ConvertDate methods use the server's time zone for the offset, not necessarily the local time zone.</p>
