Adjusted to new order of operations with latest SDP.
26576Fixed order-of-operations issue due to recent changes in SDP; the logic to
implement 'sudo' as required to call 'systemd' wrappers now requires the
sudo to be called before the call to configure_sample_depot.sh.

Refined firewall handling logic.
