Add -v option to run SDP verify_sdp.sh.
27419Added '-v' option to run verify_sdp.sh with various options.
Added test and doc for same.
The options to verify_sdp.sh are dependent on options to reset_sdp.sh.

Enabled configure_sample_depot_for_sdp.sh to work with non-default
mount points.
