SDP trigger breaks with Streams workspaces in P4V.
The 'SetWsOptionsAndView.py' trigger in the SDP does not
interact well P4V when using Streams workspaces.
This needs to be tested from the P4V perspective with Streams
workspaces to make sure they don't induce any improper
behavior. Presently, they do and must be disabled when
Streams workspaces are used.
