Enhance load_checkpoint.sh to be able to call p4verify.sh.
28588load_checkpoint.sh v2.6.0:
* Added '-verify' option to call p4verify.sh from load_checkpoint.sh.

Default is to do a 'fast verify' if possible (if p4d is 2021.1+).  Other
options to p4verify.sh can be passed.
