Update Server Spec Naming Standard to include daisy chaining.
The standard illustrates an example of daisy chaining a standby
from an edge server, e.g. p4d_ha_edge_syd. But the General Form
needs clarify and more examples are needed, e.g. a edge server
chained from a forwarding replica.
