Jar file is misnamed.
Distribution Package is misnamed.
Running "ant release -Dversion=test.test.test" creates a "p4convert-svn.jar" file in the "dist" directory
It also packages it into the p4convert-svn.tgz file.
All references to "p4convert-svn" should be replaced with "p4convert"
