Extra ReleaseConnection call in connect_and_trust_int in P4BridgeServer.cpp causes an access violation because GetServerProtocols already released the connection (since they share the same id).
This causes P4API.NET's TrustAndConnect to fail.

This is fixed in 2016.1 release of P4Connect. Thank you for pointing this out.
